systems that let one person run like ten.

for owners of small businesses and clinics.

the work

01

operating systems.

A Slack workspace with an AI agent inside it, built for how your business actually runs. You talk, it files, drafts, schedules, and answers: nothing reaches a customer without your approval. You own every license and every account from day one.

02

owner’s-side strategy.

The thinking an owner needs before the architects, agencies, and vendors start billing: concept master plans, proposal scoring, phasing tied to revenue. Fixed fees, itemized hours, numbers you can audit.

03

healthcare ai.

Twenty years in cardiac electrophysiology, device clinics, and physician relationships, now applied to AI that has to survive clinicians, compliance, and reality. Translation between the algorithm and the exam room is the job.

how it works

build fee, fixed.
Itemized hours at a stated rate, capped in writing. If it takes longer, that is not your problem.
your licenses, at cost.
Every account in your company’s name, billed by the vendors, marked up by nobody.
support in lanes.
Monthly partner, quarterly blocks, or on-demand hours. Change lanes any time with thirty days’ notice. The goal is your independence, not my necessity.

franz + floyd

The name is two grandfathers.

Franz Berlacher was the head: chief of cardiology, Notre Dame football, one of the youngest graduates the University of Chicago’s medical school ever produced. He brought modern cardiology to Northwest Ohio, and strangers would come out from behind deli counters to tell his grandson that this man had saved everyone in their family.

Floyd Perkins was the hands: an eighth-grade education, forty years at the Champion Spark Plug factory where he met Margaret, seventy years married to her. He taught himself fine art and painted every day. He did handstands. He was strong, and he was kind.

They were friends, both men of principle, and their grandson spent twenty years putting cardiac devices into the region Franz built, learning that the best work is both things at once: rigor you can audit, craft you can feel. That’s the standard here, and it’s why the name is theirs.
